"Getting to Bracciano by train was easy. However, going around and to other towns and/or the lake without having a car was a nightmare. No reliable bus services with very few information. No taxis were available for the entire stay. Walking within city limits was ok but without sidewalks and/or street light once you leave the city, it’s also very dangerous to explore without a car. The city itself however was nice but I think the bad infrastructure once you get to the lake is a seriously limiting factor for foreigners coming to visit."
